Advance payments are non-refundable. Wandering Tour Planner does not provide refunds for advance amounts paid toward confirmed bookings or travel arrangements. In exceptional circumstances where a refund is specifically approved by Wandering Tour Planner or is received from a third-party service provider, the applicable third-party charges, cancellation fees, service charges, and other costs may be deducted before processing any eligible refund.
Certain bookings such as discounted packages, special promotions, or non-refundable services may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These details will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellations, delays, or changes caused by hotels, transport operators, airlines, or other service providers, refunds or alternatives will be subject to the respective provider’s policies. Wandering Tour Planner shall not be held responsible for such changes.
Wandering Tour Planner shall not be liable for cancellations or refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or unforeseen events. In such cases, refunds will depend on the policies of third-party providers.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation from service providers. Processing time may vary depending on payment methods and banking procedures.
